I recently paid a visit to Owl Metals and was quite happy with the service I received. They were attentive, polite, friendly, and fair. They walked through each step and explained how they arrived at their pricing. And they treat their customers with care!. After our transaction, the owner handed me 2 sky box seats to the Ravens game. How now is beyond the call of duty!

Poor service, argumentative and rude. Rush to weigh and toss without telling clients what it is and pays. When you find out its too late or a hassle. Smh. They drive wildly on forklifts too close for comfort. It's mass confusion and slight of hand/scale. Scales off. They don't accept criticism they bully and cry alot. Comes from the top down. Good fake smile. Gotcha! It's gangster Not professional business. Not smooth. Created lines . Sad too many rude businesses Don't get it.. Poor customer service gets bad reviews. Ps. Scale weight not easily seen. By design ? No attempt to fix it ..

been years. Smh. A business Not business friendly. Watch your back. No joke.
