I come from a world where customer service is very important. To achieve a goal, and to make sure the customer keeps coming back.

When you walk into an establishment you should be greeted on entry. Even if your dealing with a customer. You acknowledge that person with. "Hello, welcome to my establishment. I will be with you shortly". That will give the customer a sign of appreciation we love our jobs, and your business. That's what brings in the bucks... Customer Service.

Manager Bill did not show good customer service. This reflects his employees. Making them lack in this area. I can go on with witnessing with my own eyes not delivering good service to a family of a different race. Watch Bill delightful cater to the same race as he is. This rubs me wrong. I don't like to be touch inappropriately. From this I would not recommend this store. Thanks.

I will add no matter you Race, Gender, Background, or Religion. We should give everyone equally respect, and curiosity.

Bought used Smash Brothers game and $3 warranty on disc. Got home and the disc would not play. The very next day, took it back and they would not give a full refund. They sold me a bad disc and I had to pay $3 dollars for privilege of disappointing my children. The absolute worst in customer service.

Awesome customer service from the male worker with the long

hair. He was very helpful and provided just the type of service I needed. I will be returning soon.

No one answered the phone. I called ten times before deciding to go somewhere else. Poor customer service. If I could it would be rated no stars! Go to Eastpoint Mall location they answer the phone!

Great place to go for new video games. You can trade them or cash in on your used ones. I recommend.
