Used them for over a year; finally decided to dry clean my own clothes. I always specified pre-treating of collars and cuffs on my shirts. They complied 1 out of 4 times. I picked up shirts that were dirtier than when I dropped them off. The last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. Not only were all the shirts dirty on the collars, but they stunk. In their defense they offered to do them again, but I was afraid they would come back worse. Never again!

Made me give a star, but should be zero. Save your $1.99, and more importantly, your clothing. I swore off this Zips a few months ago after they ruined 4 items over 3 visits. Very poor service at front desk and even worse with cleaning. Missing/melted buttons, scorched linen, black marks on white shirts/jackets, and white marks or lint all over dark dress shirts. Approx $300 in damages, so stick a fork on me - I'm done. For some reason, my dear husband still visits this Zips, but after today, I'll be running interference as much as possible. He picked up his and our son's cleaning, and upon returning home, our son pointed out that a shirt was missing and someone else's was in its place. Notified the store right away (7:10pm), and they said we'd have to call back Monday AM. Here's the kicker...When we explained that the ticket number on the wrong shirt made us think maybe our shirt was in the cleaning order after ours, the rep didn't offer to look, and asked if the wrong shirt was the right size. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Reviews on other sites indicate this Zips has been willing to give a comparable item in place of your lost item, and that's unacceptable. Now I'll be making a special trip to try to get this resolved. I reject the "you get what you pay for" excuse and mentality. Zips has obviously built a business model that should turn a profit, and be advantageous to the customer with quality cleaning at a good price. I've experienced that in other Zips locations. The Dumfries Zips is the Comcast of dry cleaning. Sorry, that's no compliment, but it's the closest comparison I can make to relay my overall experience and dissatisfaction.

This one lady help me out so much every time I go up there I see her moving all around she always busy doing something always always a hard worker I know for sure she should be running the place probably would be better for the company to have a dedicated caring person looking out for their as well as us the customers interest, she always has a smile and I believe her name was Alicia all I know is that she's a manager assistant when she should be the general cause he hardly help me, he said he was going to call me back NEVER did every time I came in there and asked for him it was like he was to busy to deal with my concerns but not her she AMAZING they need more like her in there. I only give them a 5star because of her she deserves all those stars...A concern customer
