Made a take out order on my way through Duluth. They forgot one soup, beef and scallops bland, under seasoned and vegetables raw. I called the mamager...or whoever she was...Carrie, VERY RUDE, and didn't want to listen. I told her she forgot one of the soups I ordered. She said yes, but I didn't charge you for it! Lol I said that's not the issue, you forgot it. She said again, I didn't charge you for it.

Next, I told Carrie the entree dish was bland and undercooked. Carrie said, "the food looked good to her"! I asked her if she was calling me a liar?

She said bring everything back in and will re-cook it.

I told her it was a 25 minute drive one way that was not possible. she said oh well..

She didn't care and, I told her that. She hung up on me...

Staff always friendly and helpful with explaining the ingredients. Delivery service always very prompt so food is hot upon arrival. Food is good and fresh

My hubby and son love the sesame chicken dinner, stop there when we go to Duluth. Have to get extra sauce over rice can b little dry, tasty overall.
