Always a great place to enjoy a steak.

Unfortunately, this visit to the Texas Roadhouse, I have to give only one star. I have been visiting Texas Roadhouse for years beginning when I lived in Pennsylvania. I normally order the prime rib "smothered" with onions, mushrooms and cheese. Normally, the prime rib is juicy and delicious. Unfortunately, this night they forgot to put cheese on my prime rib. They did return the prime rib to correct the error. When it came back, they just "slapped" the cheese on top barely melted. Usually the cheese is melted right onto the steak. To make matters worse, the prime rib was very dry; not juicy. It was a struggle to eat the meal. Actually, I could not finish it. That is very unusual for me since I always wipe the plate clean; literally. I hope this is not a new trend for Texas Roadhouse. We love the restaurant. However, this night, I was so very disappointed and felt let down. I talked to the Manager, but I sensed he truly did not realize the magnitude of my disappointment.

This isn't the markings of the best steakhouse in town.

They have the best food in town and no one can beat them
