I don't understand how this lady is operating as a taxi in Duluth when she's not licensed or insured. I googled her business address and it's the Duluth projects. The city of Duluth has a list of licensed cabs in Duluth and she's not on it! If you get into an accident while riding in her car you are out of luck. If you are looking for a taxi please just the city of Duluth website to make sure that you are riding in a real licensed, insured, and inspected taxi - http://www.duluthmn.gov/city-clerk/taxi-cab-rates/
