They are a local company and that is why we we paid more than other quotes we received to give them our business. I did ask for a call back in August when I finished paying apx $5,000 upon completion of the job because the carpet pad was removed under the doors and we had asked for that not to be the case when we got the quote. It should not take over 2 1/2 months to get a call back. When I called to follow up I was told "Well....that he might just have been too busy to call me back over the past 2 1/2 months and that my note is probably in the call book". I was asked to call back again in the morning between 7 and 8 am. Not the best "post sale" customer service.

I was helping my 90 year old mother by new carpeting for her whole house-6rooms and a stairway. The finished product is very nice and I think the price was competitive . The problem was the fact that they did not clean up the carpet after the instillation , there were carpet scrapes and carpet tacks everywhere, I could have used a rake to clean it up there was so much. Did the expect my 90 year old mother to move all of her furniture to vacuum? I called and asked about cleaning up and was informed that they never vacuum after instillation. I have had new carpet installed in the past and it was always cleaned before putting the furniture back in place. There were also several doors that would not close after the new carpet was put in and they did come out and fix that for a price.Moral of the story-ask the correct questions before you by!!

This is one of the long running faithful companies in existance. They are a family operated and mature laymen with years of flooring-carpet experience. I'm happy to know this wonderful hard working group of people.
