Worst internet provider EVER! Horrible product, horrible and inconsistent internet service, and their customer service the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. Trying to resolve an issue is impossible with their "canned" responses and "fake" caring responses. They definitely do NOT care about you. They care about your money. That is all. Was told 3 times they would send a tech to fix my problems between 8am and 12pm and it never happened. Took time off work each time to meet the tech and he/she never showed up! I cancelled my service and found another provider. When I called to cancel, they could not have cared less! I would NEVER recommend Century Link to ANYONE! If you have Century Link, it's just a matter of time before you have issues. Run! Run FAST!

I know this review sounds severe, but I am so upset with Century Link, I had to share. When you effectively and calmly try to resolve issues with a company that is taking your money every month for a service and they treat you so poorly, you HAVE to tell someone.

I never got what I paid for and I dealt with too many headaches. I was a customer for MANY years. But they have gone WAY downhill in the last few years.

Century link service ok, but I'd you call customer service they all tell you something different. I mean shouldn't they all have the same answers for you no they lie to there customers. They don't care about you all they care about is that money not u.

I switched service in January and regret that I did. I have had nothing but problems for 6 months. I have spent numerous hours on the phone but I get conflicting information from the people I talk to. I bet I have had to reconnect to the Internet on my devices and TV well over a hundred times. Since I have had so much trouble you would think they would offer to come out to my house to see what the problem is without charging me an additional 85 buck plus whatever extra they have to do. I was told by them to buy a WIFi extender, 80 dollars later my TV is not connected to the Internet and I am told the extender is taking away from the download speed on the Internet? Now they say buy an Ethernet cable. Why am I paying all this money and it still doesn't work? I have had it! Oh it doesn't work if it rains as well. Don't waste your money. I do like Direct TV but you can have Century Link.
