I would not recommend the services of Tech Pro Plus. We contacted Lowes as we have a front load washing machine under warrantee. My husband called for service on Tuesday Feb 4, 2014; an appointment was scheduled for Friday with a tech to be onsite between 8 - 12 - no show up. Called at 3:00 PM after a no show - they stated tech was running late and would be arriving in 20 - 30 minutes again a no show and called back at 5:00 PM. Lowes put my husband thru to speak to Paul at Tech Pro. He promised that the tech would be at our house on Saturday between 9 AM and 11 AM. Paul gave my husband the Techs number, at 11:30 when there was another no show, my husband called Carl he was teaching a class and would call back. Again no reply or response from carl and called him back at 12:30 and said he had a family emergency and would be out in 2 1/2 hours. At 3:30 call but no answer. He said he called but no messages or missed calls on our phone. We called back and he said he would be about 1 & 1/2 hours. called him again at 5:00 and said he was on his way.

Then I called him from my husbands phone and he sent directly to voice mail. I then called from my phone - another number and he answered. Said he was with his wife and did not know why we were calling him.

I told him not to worry about it - I would take it up with his boss and with Lowes as they have apparently have contract and would take it up with them.

Received the utmost lowest customer service and no respect from carl whatsoever. RUDE RUDE RUDE
