Sales person is too self centered as he kept asking customer to make him sales person of the year by buying the car but refused to lower down price.

I wouldn't even give these people a one star rating for nothing. Maybe a negative ten because they DO NOT keep their word when it is given. Case in Point. Their sales man Dutch was called and told that my son was transferring overseas and needed the used Saturn SC2 on the lot that they had. He said it was a new buy and that it was mine when the sale was complete. This was his WORD because I lived 4 hrs away. I told him that I would come up and put a deposit down on it. He said NO knowing that MY son needed it but then sold it later on that day. I went up on that Monday to put the deposit on it and he THEN told me that it had sold earlier in the week. THEY are NOTHING BUT LIARS and what I would call NON-SUPPORTERS on our TROOPS. If the car WAS sold, Dutch SHOULD have told me and NOT have LIED about it. The only bright light was the black gentleman there who did try and DO the right thing. HE was TICKED at the company for what THEY did to me and my military son who was leaving in 15 dys.

They sell excellent lesser know cars. Twice have gave me very good deals & good trade-in value. Great dealership all around.

Hey Terry,



Good seeing you and the rest of the Subaru Gwinnett team today. I wanted to let you know that Jill in the service department gave some excellent customer service today - I had to reschedule my service appointment and Jill was happy to change the time.



When we got to the Service area she was waiting and greeted us in a very pleasant manner and helped me out with getting a service guide that I can follow for future service appointments. Also, she asked us if we wanted something to drink and got us a Coke out of the vending machine while we were up front taking about the World Cup.



All of this might seem like regular customer service, but as a customer it makes a difference and means that I will be going back for my Forester service needs - a pleasant experience makes a difference.



Please thank Jill for me and looking forward to seeing you all at the 6k mark ( in another six months? haha! )

Hello Gary,



It is my pleasure to write a few words for the service you offered me. I approached Gary during the first week of June 2010 for a forester purchase. I told him my preference which was a forester premium 2.5 with all weather package. We talked about it for a while and Gary was courteous to offer a test drive in one the similar models available. I gave all my preferences regarding color, accessories and I also told Gary that I may need help with financing a loan. He was very friendly in answering all my questions . He didn't behave like a typical a sales person but as a close friend and not trying to push me to buy everything. I gave my driveout price preference but unfortunately that price didn;t work out that day. Gary noted my details and said he will call me back when there is a chance to work on the same price. I thought that as a typical sales message and tried to ignore it. But to my surprise few weeks later Gary came back to me and left a voice message mentioning about a sales promotion going on for a limited time and requested to me to stop by to know about that further. That promotion worked out good for both of us and I decided to buy the car. Then came the biggest challenge. The sage green color I was looking for, was not available in gwinnett dealership. Gary tried his best by calling each and every dealership in the southeast area and he showed us our options. He also advised us not to compromise on the miles as lot of the green color vehicles had about 3500-4000 miles. We changed our color and went to gray silver which again had the same problem. Gary showing exceptional patience and professionalism again tried all the route to get us a vehicle. We found one in Columbia,South Carolina ordered for the same by paying an advance and said will pick the delivery in 2 days. Next day Gary again called me and apologised that he missed to check the new inventory which just came in and it had a grey forester. He was very professional and didn't play any typical sales game. We went on the delivery date and our vehicle was ready to be delivered and Gary was waiting with his manager ready with all paperwork. I was confused with the option of adding the extra warranty and went ahead and added it..Later I changed my mind and asked Gary to remove it...Both Gary and his manager never said no to me and treated me with at most professionalism. I would recommend Gary for anyone looking for any Subaru vehicle..Good luck Gary and thanks for helping us get a wonderful Forester.

Rectified a bad situation‎‎

My first encouter with this dealership was a little frustrating. I was given different information from different people. They rectified the problem, however, and made up for it in the end. I ended up getting my car from them and am very excited about my new Subaru. I will go back to them in the future.‎

worth the drive

We just bought a used Outback from them- the only dealership in the area with certified preowned Subarus. No haggle internet pricing, very informative and relaxed salesperson (Chris) and no pressure with add-ons. We couldn't be more pleased- it was worth the drive from East Cobb and we are disappointed we can't use them for certified service checks since they are inconvenient to our home!
