I am completely, and incandescently satisfied with from Stickersbanners!!! Today’s order will make my 100th order with this company!!! Whoo-Hoo!! As per the most recent client photos that I shared, the print quality is high and pristine.

To-date I have only had one issue which was immediately addressed and rectified by Jordan, the order’s project manager (PM). He reviewed all the information and made a decision that was acceptable to all parties.

All the staff rocks, and I have always received excellent customer service. Recently, I dropped the ball on a client’s order, but the PM Dean caught my ball, and saved my client’s event – as well as me lol. With the FedEx next day shipping, the banner was delivered in 18 hours, 4 hours before my client’s event ^_^.

There are so many rock stars at this company that provide me strategic screen shots of my designs before printing. This has allowed me catch minor and major errors – thank you Sam R and Katelyn. Other PM who have provided me priceless customer service over the 10 months including Ariana, Christina, Miguel, Harvey and Jay. Plus, I can’t forget Chloe (aka Katlina) the Online Chat Support Rep who helped me ace my first kiss cut sticker order!

My business has been growing nicely since I began using Stickersbanners.com and I am so appreciative of this. Many thanks to all of the staff!

These people have terrible customer service and quality! I ordered 4 items and only 3 were sent and of those 3, only 1 was done correctly! They refused to fix the problem and wouldn't even send the one item they didn't send! The "customer service" people were rude and knew nothing of service! Wouldn't use this service again even if the items were free!

I will not do business with this company again. I ordered 250 oval, vinyl stickers. It was impossible to apply the stickers without getting air bubbles underneath the sticker. The customer rep said they advise to apply with a wet soapy solution which is not mentioned on their web site anywhere. When I asked for a full refund under their 100% guarantee policy it took three phone calls and three emails to get a reply. Still no refund.

i did not know how good they are, until today , i did not know, that there are not minimum o maximo for them, any job is made with the same professionalism and speed …and great price..thank you Stickersbanners for the great job, and facility that you give us..i recommend them with the eys close..

Informative, patient, and helpful. Notified me when image appeared mottled so we could resubmit.
