Then when I decided I just wanted to take my dress elsewhere she told the seamtress just to rip off what they sewed on my dress causing a hole in my wedding dress the day before my wedding on top of that she took the string out of my back of my dress and held it and told me if I did not pay more I will not be getting my string back. She yelled and started speaking to me in her Chinese language so the women I was with we decided to just leave with my wedding dress without my string. At this time I had already called the police because she was holding my own property and I let her know I called the police then as Ieaving the store the manager attacked me trying to take the dress out of my hand I elbowed her to get her off me . i then called the police they came and she told them that she tripped on to me it was my word and for other Witnesses with me who saw her do this..it was with me versus and older Chinese lady they played the race card with me I was Furious because she was not taken to jail for simple battery. I advise anyone and everyone please do not shop with them they do not deserve any type of business from anyone..ive attached copyof police report to therr photos. .

I was in this store in May 3, 2014 looking for costume jewelry for my daughter's prom. The Asian lady behind the jewelry counter proceeded to approach my 18 year old daughter( who looks 12) and hand her a case to put her jewelry in. There were other customers in the same area as us and I watched her as she handed out two more if thise trays, one to another black customer and another to a Hispanic customer. One if my daughter's classmates and her mother walked in and I noticed she did?n't hand them a tray, by the way, they were white. When I went to the checkout, there were tins if trays next to the register do I said to the lady I see you have lots of tests left, but I noticed you stopped handing them out. She looked embarrassed that I said something and just brushed it off with a nervous laugh. I stopped at the front register and asked to speak to a manager, but the lady said there wasn't one there. I asked fur a business card and she gave it to me so I left. I called back for two weeks after that and the manager was never there and one lady told me I would need to come in. I never went back in, nor will I ever. I used to go in there quite often just when I needed to pink up done cheap stuff like hair supplies or costume jewelry. I know that I have a choice in where U spend my money and I refuse to do end it in any place with bad customer service or in any place that feels it is ok to racially profile me while I'm supporting your business. It amazes to see a lot if these asian owned stores who treat blackberry people like this and the majority of your customers are black. They would be out of business if it weren't for use, it's just too bad mist if us don't realize or don't care.
