Sold me a guinea pig sick with ringworm. When I brought it back the next day showing the bold spots on its belly, the saleswoman said that yes, she knew about the spot, but thought the piggie had been attacked. Makes me wonder if the rest of their staff is as 'knowledgeable.' I am never buying anything from this petsmart again.

My wife and I have been taking our pets to this particular PetSmart for about 12 years now. Not only have we taken the dogs we breed, but also the dogs we rescue. The vets there are the best, caring and personable. We and our pets are always greeted like friends and treated with respect. The people in the store have always been friendly and informative, ready to answer any questions we may have or help us to find the right product for our needs. I have seen the other reviews concerning the grooming section, but I have never had reason to use the grooming section. I don't think the entire store deserves a bad review because of 2 unhappy customers. My wife and I are very happy with the services we Do use and habitually recommend this particular PetSmart to our friends and family.

WORST SERVICE EVER

I TOOK MY 7 MONTH OLS BABY TO GET HIM GROOMED AND THEY WERE SO NASTY TO HIM THAT I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THERE STORE.MY BABY HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY TOLD ME ON THE TELEPHONE THAT I CAN DROP HIMM OFF EARLY DUE TO THE HOLIDAY AND LOTS OF THERE CUSTOMERS WERE NOT SHOWING UP.HIS APPT WS AT 4PM MY HUSBAND DROPED HIM OFF AT 1:30PM,THE CASHIER SAID HE WILL BE READY AT 5PM,I WENT TO PICK MY BABY UP AND HE WASN'T EVER TOUCHED YET,HE WAS LOCKED IN THE BACK.I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE DIDN'T EVEN CARE.I HOPE SOME DAY THIS HAPPENS TO THEM SO THEY CAN FEEL HOW THEY MADE ME AND MY BABY FEEL.......
