Anthony, the PA, took good care of my baby. The other clinic that we went too didn't do any test for my baby and sent her home without any treatment. At North Georgia Urgent care, they found out my baby has strep and prescribed antibiotic.

First visit here. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff members ( from intake to discharge) were amazing. Dr. Haddad asked once done if I had any other concerns that were not addressed during the visit. Very through, and professional. Thanks North Georgia Urgent Care!

North Georgia Urgent Care is a great place to receive medical care. They close at 9pm I arrived at 8:45 pm and they were helpful towards me. The staff showed great professionalism and I will definitely come back if ill!!!! I've already told my family, coworkers, and church members about this urgent care. #greatpeople

I absolutely love this place. Very professional and the wait is short. The Dr's are awesome and the staff is friendly. Nadjia at the front desk is awesome. I would highly recommend.

I go out of my way to go to this urgent care! It is the only one I've been to where I have seen a doctor within 10-15 min of me walking through the door! I'm usually in and out, had tests if needed, picked up my RX and at home resting in less time than it would have taking me to get out of the waiting room at other urgent cares I've been to! The staff is friendly and everyone has great bedside manner (which is what you need when you're sick).

In and out in just under an hour. Had to get 4 stitches. It probably would have even been quicker if it wasn't my first visit to them ( ie . . . a little paperwork).
All of the staff were extremely nice and the doctor had great bedside manner, so to speak. They even laughed at my jokes ( well of course they would . . . I'm a funny guy).

I went in for a scheduled appointment and I had not been to a different location before. As soon I got in a worker by the name of India got me in than less than 15 minutes! My doctors visit took a little less than an hour. I recommend for other people differently!

I was referred by a friend/coworker today (5-23-16)& my son needed to be seen by a Dr due to his swollen & hurt finger. I took him to the facility today around 4:30PM & was very pleased with the customer service @ the front desk & when we was called to the back. Brittany was awesome & extremely helpful after my son saw the doctor & we were checking out/scheduling a f/u appt with Dr. Ghazal.Overall I was very satisfied & would recommend the practice to a friend. TheThe friendliness of the staff, and timing as far as the visits are superb!!! However, the communication between front office and back office completely sucks!! Literally every single time I have been, they have send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy! Instead of going by what I write on the initial intake/registration forms, they go by what's in the computer from previous visits. This defeats the purpose of the forms!! Depending on the diagnosis of the patient, it's frustrating to think a prescription is ready for pickup, only to have to wait hours in pain for it to be completed correctly at the right pharmacy. The office needs to emphasize proper communication, and proper updating of patient info. They would definitely be a 5 star location at that time!

Have been at North Georgia Urgent Care twice already and had very good experience with them. The staff is very friendly and professional, the doctor takes his time to take care of you and you don't have to wait long to be seen. I'm very happy I found this place.

There was no wait so we were in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff here is very professional, knowledgable, and personable. When I called prior to coming in, the person that answered the phone was quick and efficient with answering all my questions about my insurance coverage and made me feel like my business was appreciated. We will definitely return to this location if needed for other services. Thanks so much for your professionalism!!

The first time I went it was to avoid waiting a million hours at another urgent care and mission accomplished. The staff here is so professional and they get you in and out. Now this is the only place I go for myself and my son.

The nurses at North Georgia Urgent Care at 1630 Pleasant Hill Rd. are completely unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unsupportive. They use the HIPPA privacy regulations as a reason not to help and answer to your questions.

Poor attitude and customer service.

Do not recommend this location to anyone.

This place is the WORST and a rip off. I took my daughter there last night with flu like symptoms. I called and was told that they were open until 9pm. We arrived about 15 minutes before that time. While sitting in the waiting area, the person at the front desk was told to lock the doors. A lady arrived before 9pm but they refused to let her in. The lady at the front desk said the provider asked her to do this and they couldn't stay there all night. My daughter is 20 and went back alone. However, I asked the front desk person to ask the doctor to check her for the flu since I had just recently had it. My daughter was called back and was literally examined for less than 5 minutes and was told that she had a cold. The doctor was trying to walk out of the door to leave before we even had the chance to check out. I asked him why didn't he give her a flu test. He said he wasn't told and she didn't exhibit in his opinion any signs. Weakness, fever, aches and exposure to the flu are signs. However, he will call in a prescription for Tamiflu. He actually walked out the front door and left before we wrapped up. In my opinion, he was more concerned with getting out of the office than properly caring for patients. In addition, how can a doctor feel comfortable prescribing medication without properly diagnosing. This place is totally unprofessional and a rip-off. I paid a 20.00 copay and my insurance will be billed for 5 minutes of service from this place. I plan on filing a complaint. If I could give no stars I would. Stay away from this place.

On 12/7/2014 at 10:50 AM I spoke with the representative on the phone just to ask questions regarding price and wait time. She was very withholding of any information and impersonal, I was made to feel like I was irritating her just for asking two basic questions. This place is $30 less than Gwinnett, if she is an example of the treatment I will be receiving I'd rather pay the extra $30.

I went to this urgent care right after work and they took me in right aaway. Great service and a great staff.

I used this office for the first time yesterday. My PCP had no openings and I had been running a fever and not able to swallow for 3 days. the entire staff was very professional and friendly. I got two shots and three prescriptions. I felt like a different person today.. I will recomend this office to everyone..

I have used this Urgent Care several times. Once for a sore throat and the other for blood pressure issues. The staff is awsome . They listen and you feel like they care not that you are just another number.. I won't use any other Urgent Care.

The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have been using them for years and have never had a bad experience. The doctors care about your recovery and provide follow up calls the day after your visit to ensure you are feeling better and your needs are being met.

These people are incompetent and not professional. If you have an emergency that may require some degree of quality assessment to get treated accurately, do not go here. Only go here if you need a prescription or a doctor's note to miss work. Not a place to get quality treatment.
