Ordered several things at a Christmas show and this booth was PACKED! I can’t believe they were able to get all my things to me in just three weeks. Great things, great people, and great service!

Ordered pink monogrammed pullover November 5 at Christmas Village in Birmingham AL. I was told to expect to receive it in 2-3 weeks. It has been over a month. I have called Tara, left a message for Tara, emailed once, and left 2 messages on their ‘contact us’ portion of their web site. I need tracking information! Not once has anyone had the courtesy to respond. If I had seen their negative reviews I never would have made a purchase. Apparently the people who live in this town have no issue, but those who buy from craft shows and online have a huge problem. This is no way to run a business! Pathetic customer service!!!
