GP-Honda is a real good place to shop. This is our 4th car in 2 years, and we love the Honda Odyssey, as well as the dealership. Our Sales person is Maurey Courtney, a very caring and professional person. Maurey looked after each minute details during the sale, and we are very satisfied with Maurey. Atul L.

A WASTE OF TIME!!! My wife and...

A WASTE OF TIME!!! My wife and I went to GPH looking for a very specific used car. Challenging I know, but we were completely upfront with our salesperson as soon as a arrived. They did not have the car we were looking for but had one very close so we agreed to look at it which was our second mistake, the first being walking into their dealership. The salesperson, Mansoor, was condescending to my wife whenever she asked questions about the car. Once we got back from our test drive we agreed to see what the deal would look like. After waiting for about 30 minutes they came back with a deal that was so far from what we were looking for that we tried to walk out. They would not let us leave as they still had our keys to our trade-in. After going back and forth with the salesperson and the manager we finally got the point across that the deal would not work for us, or so I thought. We got our keys and started to get back into our car to leave and the manager came out to stop me and asked if I would come back in so that his boss could look at the numbers. I got out of there as fast as I could. Don’t waste your time here, their prices are too high and they are way too pushy. Exactly what you don’t want in a dealership!

Move on to the next dealership

Bought a car here, 2002 civic with 140k miles on it, 2 weeks later, transmission blew. They were more than willing to charge us 2 thousand dollars to repair the transmission. After lots of complaining and talking to higher-ups, we got them to do it for 800 dollars. Still a rip off in my opinion.

Next, I got t-boned by a drunk driver in my wifes Honda Prelude. My insurance company wanted to bring the car to GP Honda, I figured "hey, there body shop is run by different people, i'm sure they'll be good". Man, was I wrong. We were promised that our car would be repaired in 2 weeks. Approximately 2 months later, we got the car back. The rear light now leaks water, they broke my amplifier for my sterio, and Maaco would have done a better paint job. Of course, the shop manager was extremelly rude when I called him back, and I said forget about it, and I cut my losses.

Avoid a huge headache, and go somewhere else.

Honest Business

I've bought 2 cars from here and I've been very happy with both the sales and the service. The service isn't the cheapest but it is reliable and honest.
