This was the worst experience my family and I has ever had with a furniture store

The furniture is a great value for the money. They undersell "Underpriced" Furniture by quite a bit. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I got a really good deal on some quality stuff here. They had it delivered out to my home in 2 days, no problems. Would definitely recommend!

The furniture here is of good quality but the service and staff are not.



I bought a dining room set from here and paid what I considered to be an outrageous delivery fee of $89.



The "fun" began at that time.



I was in the process of moving and was having the furniture delivered to my new house. I had to arrange to be there so they could drop off the items. I was given a reasonable window of 3-5 in the afternoon so I made sure to be there for that window. At 6:00 I had not seen or heard from anyone, so I called the store. I was told they were running late but would be there by 6:30.



6:30 came and went and I never heard from the delivery people or the store. I called the store and didn't get an answer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited till 8:30 before calling it a night. About 9:30 that night I got my first phone call from a representative of the store asking if they could deliver the furniture at that time.



Since I wasn't on property we agreed to deliver it the next day, same time window.

They missed the same window by over an hour and to make things worse, three of the chairs were of a different height and had to be returned. I was promised they would deliver them on friday of that week.



Friday delivery window came and went. When I called the store, they told me they had to order them and that they would call and let me know when they came in.



Two weeks went by and I still hadn't heard from them, so I called and asked to speak with the manager. I explained the situation and told him that I think I should be given my money back for the delivery charge since they still hadn't delivered all my furniture. He told me that if I wanted to come to the store and pick up and assemble my own furniture, then he'd give me my delivery fee. Since I have a small car that was not a real option for me and I told him so. He said that if he had to deliver the three chairs that I wouldn't be getting any of my money back

At this point I was being basically held hostage so I asked him to deliver the rest of my furniture.



He told me the next delivery slot was on a Friday and refused to expedite my situation even though I had been almost a month and I still didn't have half my chairs for the dining set. Once again, I was handcuffed into agreeing to his timetable.



When they finally brought the other three chairs, one of them had a bad machine crease on the leather and I asked them to send it back and deliver another one.



Two weeks later I finally got my last chair.



I was treated poorly by the manager and staff of this store. I feel as if they were dishonest about their timetable for delivery and they were unprofessional in the handling of every problem that had arisen.



This place would literally need to be the last place left on the earth to buy furniture before I would return to buy from them.



Do business with them upon your own peril.
