Provided by YP.comThe clinic has a bad insurance claiming policy. They will ask you to pay upfront for $1600 surgery fee. Then they will reimburse you after they process the claim through insurance, which a lot of times, it could be 6month to a year. Otherwise, you are not going to get the surgery you need. If I can give no star, I would.
