Provided by YP.comI was unhappy (not with the service) but with the fact 3 times I've visited this location and they were out of the bagel that came with the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Angelica (assistant manager) went well above and beyond to rectify the situation and made me a happy returning customer again. She's very pleasant and polite. This location is always busy and packed whenever I visit. Just goes to show you this location is doing something right. Thank you Angelica!! ;)
