Last year a rental home we own had a bad basement water problem that caused some serious damage. We called these folks and they gave us a fair price and did excellent work, finally solving the problem!

By November 2009 we had a lot of water in the basement from a couple of places. We'd had small leaks for years, but this was a flood! Chuck Akins came out and gave us a complete explanation of their inside solution. We did not want to excavate our 20 year old plants around the house, so we wanted a way to stop the water from the inside. We had questions, and he answered them all and gave us the lowest of 4 quotes we got. They did a first rate job on time and we've had a dry basement ever since. Great job and great company.

Since about 2000 our basement leaked more and more until last year we had a flood. A friend recommended Duluth Basement Waterproofing & Mold Removal, so we called them in Feb 2010. They installed a special French drain system that has kept our basement bone dry ever since. They also solved an attic mold problem that kept recurring. Great company, fast, honest and reasonable... and highly recommended!
