I have purchased a number of new cars, but this was my first Mercedes Benz. Our sales consultant, John Swinwood, was incredibly helpful. Since we knew nothing about the cars, he took many hours to walk us through the options and let us test drive numerous models. He was very knowledgable and when he didn't know he was quick to say so and got us the answers quickly. Once we selected a car, the negotiation was very up front and low pressure.
