Dubuque is located on the mighty Mississippi River where Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois meet. The Dubuque Regional Humane Society is located on the west side of Dubuque. To get to the shelter from anywhere in Dubuque go to Hwy 20 West.As you are traveling out of town on Hwy 20 W, turn right ( north ) onto North Crescent Ridge. That's the street between the Hobby Lobby and the Heartland Inn. We are the last building on the left.
