I would have to say in all do not rent from them. I was a renter for two years. Always paid my rent on time. Never was a problem a perfect renter. All was great until I gave my notice I was leaving .I asked very politely if I could waive the last two weeks of my lease because I was leaving two weeks early. I was threatened with late fees. by Melanie Eilers who is the office manager. I had heard she had a very ugly disposition by other tenants and I found out they were right .she should not be working with the public. I cleaned the apartment and left it exactly the way they said to . they charged me for cleaning and repairs that did not need done I took pics but I guess there betting you wont sue them for 200.00 if you rent there expect to smell pot smoke have your car broken in to and pay very high rent 950 plus for a very small 1 bedroom. Security gates that never work and a very rude office manager ......
