I probably would have stayed with Rainbow Pediatrics had the office staff not made so many mistakes within the first 2 months of me taking my son there. 1.They neglected to send me a hospital bill with amount I owed. I had several appts at the office and no one ever mentioned I owed an overdue balance 2.They waited till 15 mins before I was due to come in to get him his important shots to tell me there was an outstanding balance (due to insurance issues) & I could not bring him to his appt. I had to reschedule 2 times before we finally just paid the bill out of pocket. 3. They misfiled my son's shot records when I needed them to give to his daycare. I waited 30 mins while they searched before finding out they had misplaced them. 4. When my son's circumcision was healed I specifically asked if I had to do anything more with that & I was told no by Dr. Jeffery. When I last visited Dr.Wahida told me I was to pull back the skin and clean it because it had healed over & stuck trapping white
