I never gave my permission or purposefully signed up for LifeTime. I became a "member" because Lifestyle was bought out. Though they said notices were sent, I had no knowledge until I saw the billing later. My LS gym became and AussieFit and I signed up there and thought that was the end of it and all was straightened out. I was not told about LifeTime's involvement. I have been getting billed for LT at least since March. I called today about it and they said I couldn't get back July's (even though just billed) and that I'm going to be charged for August even though I am telling them about it on July 6. The girl I spoke with was nice and all, BUT, I just need to say for myself that I don't believe this is good customer relations and you can bet that no matter how nice that facility may be (I don't know, I've never been there or to any of them) I would never recommend this or any of the LT's due to unreasonable, shady membership attainment and billing practices and unwillingness to work with me.

I have belonged to many different gyms over the years. The staff at Lifetime is the most friendly and helpful I have ever worked with. They tailor your workouts to your goals and fitness level. The environment is fun and the facility is motivating. There is something for everyone at Lifetime, whether you like classes or individual activities. Keep up the good work, Lifetime Staff!

The facility looked very nice from the outside and the main entrance, however you won't want to go any further once you have dealt with the rude and arrogant staff. I received a free week pass online to see if I wanted to join the club. When I got to the fitness center I was accused of using the free week trial before. They took my information and looked as long as the could to see if I was in the system. Once they realized I was not in the system no apology was given jusat a mere and I quote "You look like you have been here before". I was truly offended by this. I decided to let it go and go ahead with the tour. After being aske fifty questions in an office I am taken to a large flat screen on the wall as my guided tour. I immediately asked am I going to actually get to see the facility? I was then told that I would see most of the facility on the screen so that he doesn't waste his time showing me areas of the facility i may never use. I left after that. I have never been treated so badly in my life by any so called "business". I highly recomend that you think twice before using this facility.
