The staff at this location would benefit greatly by adopting the professional conduct and friendly customer service attitude we always experience at Easton Town Center. When I brought my ring in for repair .. i stood at the counter for over 6 mins without being acknowledged. Finally, when I was the lady was not friendly and I had to ask all the pertinent questions about when I could pick up? what could I do to limited the numerous times the diamonds keep falling out.. Nothing. I called 2 weeks later on Sunday before the day it was due back to see when the shipment would arrive on Monday, the scheduled date.. TJ put me hold for 4 mins and came back with a response of " its not Monday so its not back" So I waited till Tuesday and spoke with Nick no one called me from the store on Monday to say my ring was ready or not ready for pick up. after being hold Nick says " it just came in" but the diamond is loose?not sure why which one ? but should be ready by end of wk. Will they CB?
