The Shoe Dept across from Finish line wouldn't let me return a shoe water repellant I purchased the evening before. With the unused water repellant still in hand, I headed over to finish line. I was nicely greeted by Dan while looking at the Jason Markk Repel kits, which is what I really wanted in the first place. I explained my situation to him, and in no time we were exchanging my unused water repellant for the Jason Markk repellant. Dan showed great customer service and professionalism. Will definitely will be returning. Thanks again Dan.

I bought a pair of running shoes here with the 15 day guarantee. I had to return them because they rubbed on my foot wrong. The staff was great and made the exchange for a different pair of shoes without any problems. Customer service means a lot to me, so I wanted to give them credit for doing such a good job.
