We have lived at Copperleaf for 1 year. It has been a fantastic experience! The maintenance is the best ever, and the office staff is just as great! The only reason we are leaving is because we purchased a home. Otherwise, we would definitely be renewing our lease. The applicances are older, but they make sure they are in good working order, or they do replace them. They replaced our dishwasher because it had standing water in it. Our dryer was not drying properly and they fixed it immediately. They keep the grounds immaculate! We will really miss this place. We loved the townhouse ... not having anyone above us. We would recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in low rent and exceptional customer service. I know people think that good reviews come from the apartment staff, but this is not the case. WE ARE THE RENTERS. We do not have ONE COMPLAINT about this place. It has been a great year here!
