I was driving out of state and requested car eval for safety. Was told all was okay. Experienced tire issues and had to buy 2 new tires when u reached destination . On next visit requested tire check and oîl change. Was told I needed new tire. Paid out and noted no charge for oil change. Trying to do the right thing I reported this citing and thoughtI should at least be granted a discount due to my honesty and poor previous service. Instead I was curtly dismissed and charged the entire extra amount. The original owner would probably never done this. What is wrong with the newer management? After two poor experiences I will no longer do business with this company. I and my husband's former business have been repeat customers for years. So sad to see that customer appreciation is no longer a priority for them.
