generally i'm all about supporting local businesses and outlets. this location is not some place that i would consider. I have brought many items here over the past 12 years living in duarte, but this day i will no longer give another dollar to this establishment. the husband and wife team of launders do not speak english so you are limited with the information exchanged as customer and owner. the wife is a PURE evil B-word. when i brought in a leather/wool jacket last month she was just short of yelling at me that she could not work the item. she waved me out the door with both arms and shook her head "No Do! No Do!" i couldn't believe that this was the same place that i have been patronizing for over a decade. Mr. owner sir, please remove your wife from the front counter. the wife is a PURE evil B-word and very very unprofessional.
