My wife and I were stranded at the DuBois Mall, 500 miles from home at about 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. Mrs. Carlson came to get us and our vehicle. Mr. Carlson dropped everything once he finished the car he was servicing. Mr. Carlson jumped into my SUV and worked for about 2-1/2 hours until he corrected the problem and I was able to drive back to the Chicago area and get home. I can't say enough about this team! My wife was convinced we were going to spend the weekend in DuBois. I would recommend this business to anyone in a heartbeat. Their friendly attitude is almost nonexistent in today's business climate. And, their pricing is more than fair.
