I can honestly say that this is my first negative review on any business. That said, these guys deserve it. Every time I go in, I end up wandering around the isles until they seem ready to help. When I am finally given the opportunity to speak with them, they immediately make me feel unwelcome. Rather than speaking with me about what I am looking for, they ask me what it is and then immediately tell me that they don't have it. EVERY SINGLE TIME (at least 4-5 times. Never have they offered to order the part, never have they offered me anything but a quick no. I like to shop locally when possible, but as far as car parts go, it looks like I'm heading to Idaho falls or shopping online. They seem to be rather cheery with regular customers, so maybe I just give off bad (move in) vibes.
