These people are to be avoided!!! I went there about 10 yrs ago and he took my insurance and pulled one tooth. They told me they would call me, IF my insurance did not pay them. OK! Went home, never heard from them. They had my info my phone, my address I lived about 5 blocks from them. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. Ok, I move on. 8-9 months later some collection agency calls me - to demand payment. I thought they were insane. Here the woman in the office was soooo lazy she turned my name over to his collection agency as opposed to call or sending me a letter. Is this professional? Idiots. Otherwise the doctor was good, he did put me to sleep. I was a bit nauseated when I woke. But he was ok. it's the unprofessional office manager they need to fire.

Office was chaotic when I went in due to computer problems. While filing out my paperwork, I listened to Dr's and staff stress to the patients the need to pay their bill.



After waiting for a half hour after submitting my paperwork, I was informed they did not take my insurance. When I made my appt, the first question out of my mouth was "do you take my insurance". The answer was 'Yes'. They admin tried to sell me on the options and that I would receive a "discount" on the services so it wouldn't be such a burden. Gee thanks!



I felt totally scammed.
