Have had a 01 Astro in for the dreaded in the fuel tank fuel pump replacement as well as a problematic electrical gremlin in an 04 Yukon XL as well as other vehicle problems. They have always been very courteous as well as prompt in servicing my vehicles and have had no problems afterwards.. highly recommended!!

Great people. Honest pricing. Quality service. I was in need of a cheap vehicle and Complete Automotive essentially donated one to me. Since that I've trusted them with oil changes and maintenance on two vehicles. This place has never let me down.

I took my truck in for a wheel alignment for $59, dropped it off on Tuesday and got it back on Friday. They are unprofessional in their line of work. I never received a written estimate or any form of documentation until AFTER I paid the bill. The job went from $59 to $154. I was charged @ $80 for a caster/camber adjustment kit and the installation of the kit which was NEVER authorized by me. I was also charged a $10 shop supplies fee which was never approved by me. Be very cautious if you plan to use this company for any repairs. They low ball the price of the job and jack up fees that are undisclosed to you until you pick up your vehicle.

This business gets no star rating from me. I took my vehicle there with clear verbal and written instructions. They had my vehicle 6 days past the appt date and each day I called for a update I was treated as though I was a bother to them. When I finally picked up the vehicle not only were all the fluids at or below the add level they did not do what I had simply asked them to do. I was also way over charged for crappy service. Upon speaking to the Owner and called out on his poor service and lies, he offered nothing to resolve my complete disappointment nor any refund of overcharged fees. I do not recommend this company.
