Primrose Extraordinary Flowers

I had Primrose do the flowers for my wedding. I would NOT recommend them. My wife requested my bouquet to look like one found in a magazine. It did not look like that bouquet at all. More importantly, however, the contract specifically requested a certain type of flower that my wife loves -- the anemone -- and that was the reason we picked Primrose. The boutonniere for me was also wrong (again, the flower my wife loves, and the reason we picked Primrose). For both my wife's bouquet and my boutonniere, another flower of equivalent value substituted, which was within the terms of the contract, but very disappointing because at no point were we notified of these changes. Furthermore, we requested that the corsages to be changed to pin on ones for the mothers. He only corrected one of the corsages. When the bridesmaids tried to call the florist to try to get the flowers corrected (or even just to talk to someone about the issues), no one picked up the phone. The florist just dropped the flowers off without talking to anyone. The florist claims he emailed us to notify us of the changes, but we never received such an email (or even a phone call). We did not receive any communication from him after the flowers were delivered or beforehand to let us know the flowers were changed, and this lack of communication was the most disappointing thing about working with him.



To his credit, the owner apologized later (only after we complained) and offered us a gift certificate for future use. However, my wife and I were extremely disappointed overall and truly wish we had chosen a different florist for our wedding.

Primrose has consistently provided me with excellent service. Being a customer for a number of years I would not consider going anywhere else to purchase a beautifully designed floral arrangement ~ and the flowers always seems to be so fresh and vibrant, and seem to last a long time too. Bottom line: If you want to be delighted this is the place to shop when ordering a custom floral arrangement.
