My daughter WAS a patient @ DB's since she was four years old. Recently a crown fell out, like Doc Bressler told me it would...around her 16th birthday, her mouth will grown and her teeth will shift, they said.
She has been under the care of our family dentist for a year. I wasn't surprised when the crown fell out over a week ago. The timing was on point. Her dentist informed me that the crown was temporary & was a botch job. The crown should have been on for TWO WEEKS max not SIX YEARS! The molars that she already had issues with have now endured further decay that could/should have been prevented. After all, that's why she got these crowns in the first place.
Bottom line: I got played. My daughter has/will endure unnecessary discomfort...nevermind the extra money I have to pay because of someones inability to do their job correctly. I guess someone has to pay for all of your advertising.
