They tried to charge me $5 for a warranty replacement. I told them that I put them on myself. They said that they would still charge me $5 for the spray solution. That is outrageous and not even competitive! Basically this is a franchised store and they can do whatever they want and may even decide not to warranty the product that you paid good money for. This is according to Zagg Corporate. I say, if you are near Salt Lake, go to the City Creek Store or the Corporate Store on about 3800 S 500 W and they won't charge you for the solution or if you put it on yourself.
