DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!! I passed for a horrible experience yesterday at that place. I don't know about hair cuts but they have no experience doing highlights. I went there only to retouch my highlights ( my hair length was completely blond) i explained to the stylist 1000 times that i just wanted retouch my highlights...is that so hard to understand???? for them, yes!!!! She put bleach on all over my scalp and turned my roots completely yellow and my scalp was BURNING!!!!!!!!! I got there at 10 in the morning and stayed there until 05:00 pm ..the owner tried to fix it and got it even worse...i was blond and now i have 5 different colors in my hair...i lost a game at night because i was so sick about it and now i have sores in my scalp.... they are such incompetent and irresponsible people!!!!!

I have been coming to Salon 21 for two month and I never knew how great a haircut experience could be. The hair wash and scalp massage alone is in my opinion worth the cost of the entire full service hair cut and style. Not only was the experience wonderful but the quality of the haircut has made my life much easier for weeks and weeks afterward.

ALL Haircuts include Scalp Massage, Men haircut only $17 and Women $18. Very Knowledgeable in Hair Coloring, Hair-cutting and Prom Hair Styling. Current Happy Hour is Tuesday to Wednesday (11 to 1 p.m)
