As i read the other reviews, it is obvious that these owners don't understand how things work in an HOA. They are upset at their HOA, or HOA landscape vendor and want to blame the management company. The manager doesn't choose the landscaper, but get's blamed for the poor service from the provider and has to deal with upset homeowners etc. The people at Evolution are extremely friendly, nice, and professional. Go into their office and talk to them and then post your opinion. These are really good people with an extremely difficult job and they have to deal with a lot of really difficult people who don't understand how things work! I love the employees at Evolution, they are AWESOME!

I have been very unhappy about the way the yard around the I building has been taken care of . There was a 2 ft x1 ft bare area there for the last few yrs. Then it had an 18 inch weed growing in the middle of it for two months. I pulled it out. The shrubs have morning glory growing through out the area. Once it gets established, its all over but the shouting! These are both things that are very obvious and shouldn't have to be brought to anyone's attention. Just taken care of.......K B McAndrews

I agree with the other comments. Berry is probably the most ignorant rude person I have ever had to deal with in my life!! He’s definitely on a power trip and should use some of his “power” to help people, not belittle them like he did to me. I’ve never heard one good thing about this man. I hope others never have to come in contact with him.

This management Co. Is the worst to deal with when it comes to fixing any issues regarding within our community.
We are expected to pay our H.O.A feed monthly but get absolutely nothing in return.
Very disappointed.

Not impressed whatsoever. Community manager stopped calling me back to resolve a damage issue caused by sprinklers. Barry just stopped calling back when he decided he didn't want to deal with me anymore. I wish we wouldn't have switched management companies. I never had problems with our old company.
