Working with Shane and Ben was the worst experience! Shane promises the world but can't deliver! He still won't come fix the leak in my pool after it's been open for 5 weeks. I email him almost every day.

When reading the reviews on Caribbean I hesitated even calling them, then I met Shane. He was so easy to talk to and really understood what we wanted. It was easy to sign once meeting him and have him start our pool. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and can't wait for the next pool season to enjoy our new pool!

Met with Shane the first of May and he said he would have our pool in June. It is the August and our pool is yet to be done! So disappointed and frustrated. He makes promises that he can't keep. Such a terrible experience!

Great job on my pool and my 2 neighbors. Ignore the review below you will see he is slandering these guys on any site that takes reviews. 5 weeks total construction time and the family couldn't be happier! My pool was in the water table so it was a tricky project but they handled the situation very professionaly and you could tell the entire crew was very experienced in their trade. I would recommend their weekly maintenance as well it is the lowest price we could find and they are here every week without delay!

Caribbean Creations screwed up my pool so badly that I am spending more than $20K to redo their work. They don't care at able about quality workmanship. Tile fell off, plaster cracked, plumbing didn't work--it was a total nightmare. Don't be taken in by their hard sell an badmouthing their competitors--you'd be better off going with Aquatech, Eds Pools, Dolphin--literally anyone besides Shane Bandy.
