I absolutely love coming to Canyon View Cleaners. I've been dropping off both my husband and I's work clothing ever since we moved to Draper. They have exceptional customer service. I bring in a lot of rather expensive clothing that I would never dare clean myself. Every time I bring my clothes to Canyon View they are returned in perfect condition. I've been coming here for so long that even their upper management knows who I am. I love being remembered and sometimes the employees even remember my specific requests, I don't even have to remind them. You can't say that about some of the bigger name dry cleaning stores.
Plus, they have a great same day service that allows me to get my dry cleaning done within the same day that I dropped the items off. I've noticed some people have complained about their prices, but I've been to other stores in Draper and they seem consistent with everyone else. Overall, I love them. I will continue to bring my clothes here.

I always use this cleaner, and they do a great job. I recently had to drop off a bunch of company shirts, and they did them all quickly and they came out perfectly. I appreciate their awesome service too, everyone there knows me by name and always gives me great customer service.

When I moved to Draper three years ago I started to use Canyon Cleaners and up until recently have never had an issue, but that changed recently.



I dropped off a 2pc suit and sports coat to be cleaned, like I have done many times in the past. A few days later I went to pick up the items I dropped off and didn’t think too much about. A couple of days later I went to put on the 2pc suit that had just been cleaned for work and noticed that the Jacket was not my jacket. Now I have heard of clothes shrinking while at the cleaner, but I have never heard of a jacket growing in size, becoming discolored and no longer matching the pants, and even changing the labels that are sown inside the jacket.



The frustration was only escalated when I called to bring this mistake to the attention of the associates at Canyon Cleaners. Right from the beginning the associate I worked with told me that there was not mistake made and this jacket I received is the jacket I turned in. When I took the suit, the wrong suit jacket, and the third item that was cleaned into the location and showed the associate how this was a mistake and how the jacket was not mine the associates refused to entertain the thought that maybe, just maybe, the jacket got miss labeled and this was not my jacket. The associate kept talking about how she does not know what is in my closet, and no matter what I say this is the jacket that I turned in to be cleaned.



Truthfully, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I realize that my business is but a small amount of their overall business I have decided to take my business elsewhere, and am making it a point to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

I dropped off a down comforter to be dry cleaned and when I went to pick it up I was given the wrong one. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered the mistake. When I informed the store, I was told that there was no possible way that it was not mine. Well, I know that it is not mine, obviously. The manager was a snake about it and refused to even "kindly" figure out what happened with my comforter. She (Carol) was rude and has no customer service skills at all. Now I am stuck with a used comforter that is not mine. I will never use their services again I would not recommend that anyone take their textiles or apparel to Canyon View Cleaners In Draper. Actual rating is a big fat 0.

They have lost items and damaged clothing. Worse yet, they are unwilling to admit to any fault on their own part.
