Ladies of Dracut, do you realize what a gem you have amongst you?



My hair was destroyed at the Pure Aveda Salon & Spa in Dracut. In a few words, I went in for a medium ash brown and came out with a copper red brown with yellow patches of uncolored hair on both my neckline and entire crown with large black patches on the back of my head after explicitly stating beforehand that I want absolutely NO orange or red tint to my hair. When I expressed my dismay at being unwittingly turned into a clownish redhead they were argumentative and then told me that they would correct it the following week but that it would cause further damage.



My Mom convinced me to go to Daniel at C’est Chic even though I believed that I would have to go to some high-end Boston salon to repair the damage caused by Pure Aveda Salon & Spa but I decided to go and at least hear what she had to say. At this point, I of course had 0 trust in anyone who wanted to come near my hair but Daniel seemed to see that from the beginning. She quickly evaluated how to speak to me and made sure I understood the processes that she needed to do to get my hair back to where I wanted it. She was clear, she told me what was possible and what was definitely not possible. She won my confidence because she was completely confident in what she could do for me so I left my hair in her hands.



I cannot express how pleased I am with the end result, it actually appears healthier then before even though it has been thru a total of 5 processes in less than 24 hours.



Daniel is a Paris, London, Tokyo caliber colorist and we are lucky to have her right here in little old Dracut! A big, massive THANK YOU to Daniel and all of the wonderful stylists at C’est Chic who helped with my hair nightmare.

Before going to C'est chic i checked out the reviews, liked what i saw so i called to schedule an appointment. they had me come in for a consultation which i loved bc it showed they want to see what theyre working with and give you the best results. the staff is friendly and highly qualified, the owner Danielle is excellent, down to earth, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and great. i love my hair, i love the service and would HIGHLY recomend anyone looking for anything from simple hair cuts to full out color, male or female, to go here!
