Staff person, older lady with dark was very rude and inappropriate. I know there was an underlying disgusting reason why she was rude, but I don't want to bring in the race issue here. I complained to the male owner, but he was very nonchalant about it, said he would speak to her, but I doubt it. The female owner is usually very nice to my husband, that's why I started bringing my clothes there. I thought the husband would have been just as nice, but not so. Needless to say, I will never use them again. I have searched for another dry cleaner to use. I gave a star for the nice wife.
