Great title company. They did everything for us. Even came to our house at no extra charge. Seem very knowledgable. Cheapest price I could find and they were very profesionall. Would recommand them.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing our new home and using the services of Sterling Settlement.

They were a pleasure to deal with! They made us feel comfortable with what could have been a very uncomfortable situation. We had some issues with the seller, and they were kind enough to offer some suggestions which ultimately resolved the situation. They conducted themselves in a most professional manner and explained in detail all of the settlement fees and mortgage papers. We even were a little short of funds that day and they were kind enough to waive a few closing fees so that we could complete the deal. They exemplify what a settlement company should be! We will definately recommend Sterling to all of our friends, neighbors and relatives.

We recently bought a new house and sold our old one. Both closings were handled by Sterling Settlement. They made the process go very smoothly and they made what could have been a very complex and confusing experience a very suprisingly pleasant one. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even wired our money to us. We will definaltely use them again and recommend Steling to all our friends.

We closed with Sterling on the 31st of last month and they were a pleasure to dealt with. We needed our funds immediately and they were able to wire the money the same day! We have recommended them to all of our friends. Thanks Sterling for saving the day!!

I Highly recommend this company. The owner, Mr. Harbinson has almost 40 years in the business and he handled our closing in an exemplary fashion. Their office was most responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions and even helped us with the mortgage documents taking the time to explain everything in detail. They even came to our home in the evening to make it convenient for us. I will positively call on their services again and again.
