Provided by YP.comI called asking if they could print a poster for me overnight so I could have it for my mother's memorial service the next day and they would not print it for me (24 hour notice, no exceptions). I was flying in from another state and was going to submit the job online - with over 12 hours notice. One small poster, submitted online, nothing complicated, would have taken them 5 minutes to do. Awful, unsympathetic customer service - I'm sure they had 5 minutes to spare in the 15 hours they had to make the poster for me. My local Kinkos would absolutely do it for me.
