We had a terrible experience with Alpha Resource Center. Debbie Schneider our attorney was unprofessional and incompetent. We wasted a lot of time and money trying to use this service. The President of the company Kelia Gilbert was no help and would not return phone calls. I would never suggest this company to anyone. It was a horrible experience.

The whole process was WAY more complicated than it needed to be. They were incompetent and made A LOT of mistakes. They took our money and then closed out our case without completing it or returning phone calls. It was a waste of time and money. Buyer Beware.....

I agree with James' feedback. Our mediater was Debbie Schneider, not sure if they are all bad. What we understood before we paid money was very different than the services we received. It was pulling teeth to get meetings scheduled and a separation agreement. The process was supposed to be quick and easy yet dragged out for months with no end in sight. It costs us $5k and delayed our divorce process months which only made our relationship worse.
