i'm a local in downs Kansas where the bank is and the bank staff are very nice but professional and very helpful as they can be. they take a lunch break 12pm to 1pm and open at 9am then close roughly after 4:30 pm is the normal hours. also transfers are fast during the week and not to good at timing for when a check or some kind of payment goes through don't always go though right away but other wise this bank is good and the staff been very nice to me when I had go do something at the bank.
