This was my first experience with and treatment by Masters Touch. It's a pleasure to submit this review because of my high degree of customer satisfaction. The Tech, Josh Heald, was nothing less than courteous, professional and respecting of the reason for my reaching out to his company. He spent a good bit of time listening to my issues and then took a thorough walk-around my property and home, explaining as he went along the procedures he would implement. Unlike other service providers (lawn care, etc), Josh was not "on the clock" and rushing to complete my application. He was deliberate and thorough, again taking time at the end to explain what he did and follow-up plans. I am pleased with and impressed by the level of customer service and with their representative personnel. Thank you, Masters Touch and Josh Heald!

I've been a customer of Masters Touch Pest Solutions for about 2 years now and I have found them to be very dependable, professional and knowledgeable.

Absolutely would recommend this company. I have been using their services for about 10 years and have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, reliable, courteous. I trust them to identify the pest and to know the best treatment. I also know they will come when they are scheduled and will do an excellent job. All of there service people have been polite and respectful of our property.

Hooray! I found the BEST! Courteous, professional, timely, and thorough is what I experienced and continue to experince with the exterminators from Master's Touch working in our home. This is the beginning of my second year contract, and we have had more than the quarterly visits. Polite phone interactions with the staff, punctual arrival of detail focused exterminators is what you can expect. I describe KEVIN as respectful of both people and our property, the issue, its cause and its elimination. You want to call this company if you need to address animals, insects, or spiders. I am not certain from which office our exterminator is assigned. It seems this company just hires and trains well!

Great service. By far best in the area!

We moved into a new house last fall and in the spring, we had ants in the kitchen. Andrew from Masters Touch was very professional and applied the pesticide out of reach from our toddlers and in a couple more days -- no more ants. He was also very responsive and was out the next day when we hear a critter (eek!) in our attic. Unlike other pest control people we had in the past (for our old house), we get the same technician every time. The office folks were also very professional. I highly recommend Master Touch.

Everything was explained well and the technician was friendly and punctual!

I've seen a huge improvement with bugs, especially house centipedes and stink bugs since starting to use master's touch. Now we are using the quarterly program to stay on top of the bug situation. Their employees are always curteous and explain what they are doing ahead of each visit. I'm pleased with this company and recommend them to friends.

Mark and his entire staff are true professionals. We had a very unusual situation in our home and they stayed with it until the problem was resolved.Mark is the most honerable businessman I have ever dealt with and gave us great service. Melanie is caring, trustworthy and professional.This company did a fantastic job!!!

We have been using Masters Touch for years! Our home has 'welcomed' many critters and the great team at Masters Touch have removed them all! We have had mice and snakes and bees and a Thanksgiving rat! I don't know what I would do without Masters Touch whenever I hear a scratching..... they are the first call!

Working with them for over 2 yrs now - always a good job. Mike is thorough, honest and proactive. Makes suggestions for dealing with other situations in or outside of home. Been here twice to handle mice past 2 winters, and both times the problem was solved w/in 2 weeks. In response to earlier post re dreaded stink bugs: MT is the most honest around. They can spray the ones that are out in open or around doors & windows, and those will die. But they admit that as of now there is no way to prevent others from entering home or staying for the winter! I'm sure, when something is available that works, MT will be the first to unleash it! Used Masters Touch for stink bug problem - many other local companies CLAIM that they have products to TOTALLY remove stink bugs from your home - that is NOT TRUE. The guys at Masters Touch were completely honest & did their best to AVOID more infestation by spraying a safe solution inside & outside of my home - I already notice a difference! Thank you Masters Touch for being a honest & dependable business that I will continue to use for years to come!

We recently moved to Chester Co and needed a exterminator because we had a problem with mice. As a matter of fact - they were coming in through our attic and one ended up dying in the wall of our bedroom! We looked in the yellow pages & called a few pest control companies but Masters Touch had a LIVE person that took our call, answered our questions & set us up with a free consultation the very next day!The owner actually came out & inspected our property & gave us a few options to choose from to fix our problem and set us up on a maintenance plan to avoid future ones. He was not pushy or trying to sell me but only wanted to be a solution to my problem. We chose one of the packages & not only did they solve the rodent problem but we have been critter free ever since! I love the fact that Masters Touch is a local, family owned business & if I ever have a problem they are there to do it right or they will MAKE it right! We feel like our home is now protected!
