Total difference in the Quality of food and service between day shift and evening shift

As a Downey resident of approaching 20 years and a loyal Carl's Jr. Customer it brings me dissatisfaction with the local Carl's Jr. When you go during the day it's great but God forbid you go in the late evening Several times they have served displeasing quality food! It's as if the cook and the staff can care less. And when you return looking for some type of apology and compensation you get a jaded disregard of customer service. Now if I want Carl's I drive to other locations which is a great inconvenience. Several time the serve nasty wilted lettuce in their salads and or the ugly thick white part of the lettuce on their burgers. They cheat you on meat in their salads and taco bowls and nacho. Hamburger meat is never freshly cooked it always taste like they are using that morning's hamburger patties during the evening. Quality of food sucks past 6pm
