During this time JOE was Also an associate publishing director in Illinois. For the "lake union conference of SEVENTH-DAY adventists". In 2002. JOE was called to pastoral ministry by the Illinois conference and is an ordained minister for the SEVENTH-DAY Adventist church. Pastor arner NOW serves AS the regional pastoral representative for the blind throughout the "Illinois conference of SEVENTH-DAY adventists". JOE first started HIS work AS a pastor AT the Sheridan SEVENTH-DAY Adventist church. HE Also served AS an associate pastor for the ottawa. Streator. And Princeton seventh DAY Adventist churches. HE Also has served AS the pastor for the Mattoon. Stewardson. Noble. And Fairfield SEVENTH-DAY Adventist churches in ILLINOIS. NOT only are HE and Tammy happily married but they Also have TWO beautiful daughters. JOE went on to BE the pastor for the downers grove SEVENTH-DAY Adventist church and church school in Illinois. HE is passionate for ministry and evangelism. The downers grove church and schools enjoyed the strongest sustained growth in decades under joe's leadership AS pastor there. Pastor arner presently serves the needs of blind and visually impaired people throughout the Midwest great lakes region of the united states. JOE is available for speaking engagements in churches.
